    Please complete all required consent forms pertaining to the requested service within 24 hours and submit online.


    To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation and no show policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.

    24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice. I may be reached by phone, text or email. This allows me the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving 24-hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your scheduled time and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and time of others by adhering to this policy.

    Gift Certificates:

    Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service. Expired or non-present gift certificates will not be honored. They are guaranteed for purchase dollar value as service prices may change without notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns, reimburse and payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, stolen, or misplaced. Gift certificates can not be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when booking your appointment.

    Return Policy:

    We strive to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care products in our services and offer retail products for home use. In the event you purchase any of our products for home and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can not provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a credit will be provided for any returned product to be used on any other products or services.
