Please read and submit policy form all required consent forms pertaining to the requested service within 24 hours and submit online.
To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation and no show policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.
Scheduled services are reserved specifically for you. Only those who are receiving a treatment at the scheduled time will be allowed in the treatment room. All other guest are allowed to wait in the waiting area and enjoy provided refreshments.
Cancellation and No Show Policy Fees:
Your appointment is very important to me and your scheduled service is reserved
especially for you. My online booking system sends out email reminders 48-hours prior to your
appointment. A text message is sent 24-hours in advance. Should you need to cancel or
reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice. I may be reached by phone, text or email. This allows me the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving 24-hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your scheduled time and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and time of others by adhering to this policy.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
For liability reasons, no one other than the person receiving treatment is permitted in the treatment
room for any reason. For your guests comfort, there is a waiting area where they may wait for you
and enjoy complementary coffee, tea or water. Children/Infants are not permitted in the treatment
room an ANY time.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service. Expired or non-present gift certificates will not be honored. They are guaranteed for purchase dollar value as service prices may change without notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns, reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, stolen, or misplaced. Gift certificates can not be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when booking your appointment.
We strive to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care products in our services and offer retail products for home use. In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products.
