Please read and submit policy form all required consent forms pertaining to the requested service within 24 hours and submit online.
To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation and no show policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.
Scheduled services are reserved specifically for you. Only those who are receiving a treatment at the scheduled time will be allowed in the treatment room. All other guest are allowed to wait in the waiting area and enjoy provided refreshments.
Cancellation and No Show Policy Fees:
Your treatment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amount to the cost of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for any scheduled service that is $125 or less and 50% for all other amounts. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lost your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card available when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a less than 24 hour cancellation or a no show.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service. Expired or non-present gift certificates will not be honored. They are guaranteed for purchase dollar value as service prices may change without notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns, reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, stolen, or misplaced. Gift certificates can not be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when booking your appointment.
We strive to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care products in our services and offer retail products for home use. In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a credit will be provided for any returned product to be used on any other products or services.
